    Pros

Good place to work, co-worker seems friendly

    Cons

Bad management and also have no empathy, when at first they would treat you nicely and being friendly with you, they would make you “feel welcome” but with time goes on, when a mistake is made, they would harass and use a lot of criticism to you, pushing them, causing the behavior to change. They don’t seem to take their job seriously, in fact they were involved in 6 FDA recalls regarding to the healthcare products.... If it happens once, and they can fix it, no problem, but if they are 6 recalls in a number of years recently, then something is up, and on the last note to it, when something would happen in work, they would laugh and thinks it’s funny, it’s not, it really does not, in fact, on the last day of work, they were talking about breaking a policy, then laugh about it, they don’t understand feeling at all and this place should shaken up to the core and they should take their jobs seriously and learn how to treat with respect in a correct way. Also with lot of patience too

I worked at Sage Products for less than a year

    Pros

Being an intern, you don't always know what to expect, but all the employees were kind and helpful and there is a great working environment! Honestly, coming into work every day was exciting as everyone had a great attitude. The lab culture is very tight-knit, but they are so very accepting to newcomers.

    Cons

If anything, I was sad that they were unable to directly hire me onto the force, but that is because the lab jobs are not always available.

I worked at Sage Products for less than a year

    Pros

-Leaders of departments work with employees to help them succeed -Internship program was implemented well for students in college -Hours were fair and work was informative; great stepping stone for future workers

    Cons

-Unsure of what the culture at Sage Products is like now that Stryker purchased the company

    Advice to Management

-While not family run anymore, please keep the same values and morals that were in place. As a family friend of the Foglia's I know Vince cared about his employees and the best patient experience above all else.
