love it awards for hard work if noticed. recognition from management occasionally. theyve took away bonuses, took away sunday premium they do pay time and quarter on bank holidays which you recieve a day in leu also if worked.

your just a number and they will replace you in a heart beat. the customer doesnt come first anymore unfortunately. it has gone downhill and fast

Colleague discount available. (Useless as you would get same stuff from ALDI without discount). Paid holiday(If you manage to get it approved when you need it)

I have been working here since 3 months now. During this time me and my colleagues' life has been made hell by the Main Online Manager. 1. Mentally abusive supervisors. 2. No proper training. 3. Inhumane uneducated supervisors and managers. 4. Treats employees like slave. 5. No proper sick leave. 6. Cuts salary for worked hours and acts as if it was done by mistake. 7. Wont give promised hours. 8. Gives holidays without consent. 9. Follows a hire and fire policy. When they need employees, they hire employees. When the number of online orders reduce, they will try to sack employees , if they can't fire them, they make the employees life miserable by constant mental harassment so that employees leave on their own. 10. Wont even give leave if you are down with menstrual cramps
