I have been working at Saint Luke's Health System for more than 8 years

    Pros

Coworkers are nice to work with most of the time. they have good health insurance and dental.

    Cons

Management is very selective on who they like and who the don't like, makes me feel like I'm in high school all over. HR is more for the protection of management and less for workers. just no you a replaceable in a drop of a dime there.

I worked at Saint Luke's Health System full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I loved working for Saint Luke's. Every manager I had cared very much about their nurses. They want their employees to be happy and they care very much about finding the right fit for their nurses. I left because I needed to find an office job for health reasons.

    Cons

    No cons that I experienced.
