Offered to pay 100/hr bonus instead of OT rate for extra hour. Quick hiring process. They have orientation every 2 weeks. Great starting pay.
Cons
Bonus was primarily for night shifts. Day bonus was 65/hr instead of OT rate. Taxes sign on bonus heavily, so I only received about 1/2 the advertised amount. Not very diverse in culture or ethnicity.

Cons
Saint Luke's has great corporate policy. Unfortunately, it does not trickle down to middle management & implementation. Racism, homophobia, and bullying are tolerated if they come from favored individuals. I have been bullied and harassed by coworkers for years without any intervention from management. Very limited PTO - especially since they require that you use it for national holidays. Most career advancement programs require manager nominations - tough if your manager dislikes you.
