I have been working at Saks Fifth Avenue full-time

    Pros

Employee Discount is 50% off the retail price. That means that you spend the majority of your salary paying off the credit card for purchases that you really should not be in possession of.

    Cons

Cattiness, back biting, really unprofessional behavior from management. Worst experience I've ever had. My boss was such a horrible person. Back biting, passive agressive, and fake. She would say mean things about her coworkers and then, right after, flatter them if they came nearby her so everyone loves her. A lot of politics and bureaucracy and people in management that brings down company morale. A lot of fake people, you can never say what you mean.

    Advice to Management

Morale is low. Don't allow yes women or those people that say whatever they can to get your favor to get promoted.
