Disapproves of CEO

Pros

It depends which Franchisee you work for, some are good some are bad, it is the luck of the draw

Cons

Low wages, no benefits and lack for support from corporate leads the Franchisees to be very agitated and hard to work for.

Advice to Management

Start listening to the Franchisees and hear their frustration with the Gestapo attitude with which they are treated by corporate.
