    Negative Outlook

I worked at Salem International University full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are some good advisors there that want to do the right thing for students.

    Cons

The turnover rate is shameful. Most don't last a few months there. The management creates a culture of never feeling comfortable and they expect you to enroll relatives and friends in your first week to make it out of training before the next training class starts in a few weeks because new advisors are given 2007 leads of disconnected numbers to work off of "becase they haven't earned the right to get new leads". Ask yourself why they run a constant add for the position and don't waste your time there.

    Advice to Management

The constant turnover is a result of the problem, not the actual problem.

    Pros

Not a bad place to work with. If you work hard, you will get praises / support from management

    Cons

The university is not very big. The dormitory needs to have a good renovation done

    Advice to Management

Be more patience with staff who need time to adjust
