Pros

If you care about nothing more than giving to the lord, this is the job for you.

Cons

Those interested in stability, promotions and real-world experiences should stay away. Most of the people here only work here because they can't find a job elsewhere.

Advice to Management

Try honesty. You preach it, may as well practice it!

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

The mission of t he company is fantastic and working for a company promoting conservative values and christian faith is nice
    The co-workers are great.

    Cons

Very difficult for women and minorities to be promoted
Very difficult to move up if you are not christian
Pay is low, they would rather nickle and dime rather than pay what you are worth

    Advice to Management

Make salaries fair (for both genders) and across race/background lines
Open up managment and promote your hard workers, pay them fairly and they will stay with you.
Vacation time needs to be reviewed...not getting an increase until year 7 is just crazy.
Stop using favorites, truly you have some good people on staff, treat them with respect and equally.
Someof your best employees are not christian, that doesn't mean they don't fit in.
