    Pros

A very good , secure way to start working and gain some professional experience before you get exposed to outside world.
You will feel more comfortable to work in an environment where you will be treated as one of them and will consider even if you do some mistake( not the blunder ofcourse!!!)

    Cons

The only cons I see is the limited hours for international students.
