    Pros

    The product is solid, although not as good as they think. I respect the focus on charity. Pay and benefits are good, lots of perks Looks good on your resume.

    Cons

    If you are an SE, be prepared to be a demo monkey. No matter how experienced or talented you are, you will always be second class to the sales rep, no matter how clueless and inexperienced they are. Be ready to drop everything and do demos at a moments notice because the sales rep is desperate. If the sales rep doesn't like you, you will be reassigned without any discussion.     Advice to Management

    If you talk about Ohana, then actually live it. Treat all employees with respect. Remember that SEs are professionals and not a demo donkey resource to be used because the sales rep is too lazy or inept to qualify a deal. Stop they hype and start looking at why you have so much attrition. Grow up and start acting like an enterprise company.

    This is the most flexible job that I've ever had. The people are great, the culture is amazing and the work spaces have everything you could ever need!

    Cons

    I truly don't have any cons at the moment. I'm 6 months in and everything has been spectacular.

    Decent benefits, awesome technology, pioneered SaaS, like my teammates

    Been here well over 10 years. Used to be my dream job. Now it’s just a job. Plan to retire in a few years or else I’d been running for the door. We used to chase Oracle (the enemy).
