    Pros

    Flexibility- plenty of pto for SCHEDULED time off, excellent benefits, bonus potential - you get what you are willing to give, many opportunities to move around the company

    Cons

    Emergencies happen; single parents may have attendance issues due to the strict occurrence policy. However after experiencing the younger workers open opinion of exploiting flexibility when given, it is understood why attendance policy is stringently enforced.
