I have been working at Sam's Club full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

If you don't like one area of the company, there are plenty of other opportunities. They are good about work/life balance.

    Cons

Insurance is expensive, but you will get that in most big companies. It takes too long to deal with problems with other associates. They tend to give second, third, fourth chances instead of dealing with the situation directly.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your associates.

I worked at Sam's Club full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay is great at first. Bonus. Title

    Cons

Long hours. Company owns you. Must be a brown nose to get anywhere.

    Advice to Management

General manager, co-manager and market manager are not on same page. Several heads to answer to. All contradict each other. You are middle management and you are treaded as such.
