I have been working at Sam's Club part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It was a paycheck while attending school, made a few good friends, killer yellow vest. Pushing carts could be a good work out.

    Cons

Your working at Sams Club, management could be condescending, low pay, benefits not good, small raises.

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in benefits

I have been working at Sam's Club part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-Ability to move up in the company
    -Learning and growth opportunities
-Ability to get to know your community's people and small businesses
    -Great benefits
-Longevity and hard work is rewarding
    -Management is great

    Cons

-Some associates lack the mindset of being hard working and require more training and knowledge
-Every now and then there are associates who confuse HARD WORK for favoritism

    Advice to Management

-SOME Management and supervisors could use some communication training and take more action aiding associates with their issues with work and associates in the work place. In reality I am thoroughly satisfied with Management in my club. I think the only major issue is that we need to focus more on member needs and member service.
