I have been working at Sam's Club part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Decent Pay
You will receive all the necessary training to become a certified tech.
    Good hours

    Cons

    Hard work
Not the most motivated Co workers
Customers will give you a hard time no matter what most of the time

    Advice to Management

Be more selective in the individuals you hire. When someone doesn't know what a torque wrench is, it is not worth hiring them to work on cars.

I worked at Sam's Club full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    You get a regular paycheck.

    Cons

I worked there full-time for 8 years, went above and beyond what was asked of me but that's who I am! When I left, it was because they kept restructuring internally. Hours even for full-time employees were getting cut back, at the same time, more responsibilities were being given out. Managers were quitting due to the same reasons.

    Advice to Management

Back your employees up when they follow company policy. Do your job all the time and not just when you are expecting a corporate visit. Corporate visits should not be announcedif you want to see what really goes on in your stores.
