I have been working at Sam's Club part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Decent Pay
You will receive all the necessary training to become a certified tech.
    Good hours

    Cons

    Hard work
Not the most motivated Co workers
Customers will give you a hard time no matter what most of the time

    Advice to Management

Be more selective in the individuals you hire. When someone doesn't know what a torque wrench is, it is not worth hiring them to work on cars.

  2. "A decent enbironment"

I have been working at Sam's Club full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay isn't terrible for the industry. Holiday pay, bonuses, healthcare and dental, vacation time is wonderful, annual evals that give some good size raises.

    Cons

Scheduling can be problematic. Corporate bs knows no ends.

    Advice to Management

Be flexible. Hire more. More happy people are what this business needs.
