Pros

I enjoyed working at Sams Club but like any J.O.B. it got redundant. I trained the cashiers on how to sell a credit card and upgrade memberships and loved working with the associates. After a year, I just got tired of working 10 hour days. you make about a 45k base plus an extra 5k per quarter when you hit your targets.

Cons

Anytime you are putting in more hours than 8 you need to put a calculator to it so you can have an idea of what you are really making. Sometimes management or being a manager is not all it is cracked up to being. That's true for any sales job.
