Management picks and chooses people to get away with anything. Most of my time here i barely had anyone helping me and even when they did hire someone, that person slacked off and was on their phone every five minutes. Management knew about the problem and still didn’t do anything. I didn’t even put in a two weeks i just said i was leaving and the manager was scrambling trying to find someone to cover my shifts and no one was willing to work. Also they don’t actually care about sexual harassment, even when you report it the managers act as if it didn’t happen and you’re just spreading “malicious gossip”. And the managers spread rumors around more than the actual associates
