Family environment. Meaning that people here treat each other like family

Cons

Not all of management know what they are doing. They can not lead by example because they do not know what their employees do.

    Pros

    You get into the market and you take advantage of the benefits.

    Cons

    I've seen some of the best and youngest talent leave after they've been mismanaged and mistreated, and improperly onboarded. Independent thought isn't appreciated; especially with the desire to actually change the way they do business. The building itself probably has several safety violations.

    Advice to Management

    You won't grow unless you take risks. That includes staff and working with them. Also - every department needs to onboard their employees properly and guide them. Get to know the employees and training managers correctly. Management style is important. HR really needs to hire employees faster to fix shortage and gaps, but the culture internally needs to change and be proactive. Otherwise, work/life balance won't be attained and your talent will go elsewhere.
