Approves of CEO

I worked at Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Loved working for a private non-profit company while I got to persue my dreams.

Cons

One of the only con's to the job was that Oklahoma can get so hot in the summer months.

Current Employee - Research Associate in Ardmore, OK
Current Employee - Research Associate in Ardmore, OK

    Pros

Fairly laid back atmosphere. A large number of post-docs from various countries with the bulk being from china and india. Excellent benefits!

    Cons

There are no promotions for research staff. Research associates not respected in the least bit. During down years in the stock market there are no raises. During the up years in the stock market you are not rewarded.

    Advice to Management

Try to relate to the "little" person some. Fix the no promotions for the research associates. We would be happy to do without raises during the "lean" years if we were rewarded more during the good years.
