    Neutral Outlook

I worked at San Bernardino County for less than a year

    Pros

I interned at ATC. They have a good internship program for accounting majors. Coworkers were friendly, HR was very nice and helpful.

    Cons

Lots of paperwork since it's a government job.

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at San Bernardino County full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Helping clients, the team I work on, clerical staff are very helpful and kind and the benefits with pension.

    Cons

Supervisors do not train and expect you to know how to do things. Then, they keep adding to your caseload but do not provide helpful supervision or any sometimes. I'm doing jobs that are not in my job description. Relativity low Pay. Some Staff have boundary issues.

    Advice to Management

Please train supervisors on educating staff and stop expecting us to know how to do things we've never been trained or know how to do.
