Great team to work with! adapting lots of new technology and constantly upgrading infrastructure. If you have any new idea or project in mind it will be appreciated by the management

    Pros

Great company, very transparent, lots of opportunities

I tell people that it is what it make it out to be. The management embraces empowering people who have a good idea and want to execute upon it.

Still growing in a hot market

    Cons

In a very competitive market, so lots of pressure some days.

Still learning how to be a global company.

Headquarters is far from the airport.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Its a great place to work.

    Cons

    Victim of it's own growth
Some groups work like "old boys" club - not easy for outsiders to get in.

Used to be a great place to work, but it's reputation has suffered lately. Employees not appreciated/rewarded for good work
