Pros
The product and the founders are really good, you get free food in the evening and you get to learn new things from your role.
Cons
I have a lot of cons to point out, if you want to go to some company where you want to feel very small about yourself then you should work here. You are not allowed to explore any other role apart from the KRA's assigned to you. Even if you tell them that you want to explore something new, the manager will say that you need to earn your designation or prove it, even after working there for one year and showing your capability they will not appreciate it and even if they do appreciate it then consider it fake. All these positive reviews on Glassdoor must be from employee still working there and must have been asked to do so :) Before joining please see the team and how things are. The product is really nice, but they don't know how to keep an employee happy.
