Pros

Great learning opportunities. Entrepreneurial spirit with leaders who listen to your ideas. Will push you to achieve your potential. As a consulting company, you get to "work with" lots of companies which out having to move job. Encouraged to take risks and its ok to fail from time to time.

Cons

Consulting is hard work so you have to value the great career growth opportunities that come with it. It can also be very ambiguous so you have to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing....

    Pros

Excellent support service - Raise a help desk ticket and forget. It will be done. Period.

    Cons

Unrealistic estimates drives all emp crazy; results stretching in all evening. Be at 9.00 am otherwise timecards will not be approved which results bonus cut. Have to work on weekends with no comp offs never heard in Bangalore !!.

Most of the time inter office official meeting will be conducted in Hindi - unprofessional. Geography specify politics between Gurgoan, Noida, Bangalore. Even in cultural events in Bangalore office shockingly Hindi songs will be played. Slowly most of the projects are moving to GGN.

Openness is on paper, obey PM or get kicked out of system itself. Even during development, If P1 defect assigned can't go home until fix it is just slavery. Webniars are conducted just sake of conduction with basic content, of no use at all.

Regular Transport: From the fact, out of 5000+ emp, only 500 opting, proves its effectiveness.
Play area: One broken sooner table and one TT is for 5000+ odd folks.
Zym: One 16x10 room with 2 tread mill, one weight table, no trainer after 6 pm. Rs.500/- not worth
Parking: Have to spend 30 minutes atleast to find lot for 4 wheeler, congested for 2 wheeler

High attrition level. No job security. Land in bench frequently.

    Advice to Management

Mr.Alan while assessing from NY everything will look smooth and fine. Indian LT is so smart, making everyone of you fools. Unless cleanup the system by firing 10+ year faulting veterans and observing closely at ground level in India future of Global Market is questionable.
