I have been working at Sapient full-time

Pros

2 years at Sapient will make you learn what you may not learn in 5 years at other places.
Quality and thought provoking work.
Immense exposure to global clients.
Less of services and more of consulting work.
YOu may learn a lot looking at the old timers of Sapient working.
No cabin culture and Sr Management is very reachable.
Smart co-workers.
Nice travel opportunities.
Chance to showcase your skills and move ahead in your desired direction.

Cons

Delivery model of Sapient to an extent compromises on your work life balance.
There are still few people who feel that a resource shold work under their thumb and not with them.
Openness is a core value only during induction sessions and later you can be fired for that same core value :).
Nothing is done to stop the high attrition rate and majority people leave with in 1 year.

Advice to Management

Commitments to the client should have a logic as clients may come and go but a resource is there to stay and is the most important aspect of the company who must be taken care off.
Work life balanc should be thought about.

Sapient is a good company to work as a upper level management.Never a good company to work for associate level.only you need to create the presser.

    Cons

Management level people never think about the employee that everyone has its own personal life.
As salary perspectives, Only you will get when you join the company, after that very rare chance to increment/Bonus.
