This place is filled with a bunch of baby boomers who are resistant to change. Good luck surviving and being innovative when you’re saying industry. They also don’t care about loyalty, saw them force out someone with cancer by moving her into a role that she didn’t want, forcing her to quit. She worked there for 10 + years. They also let go or another person who had worked there for 14 years after he got into an accident. These are relatively younger people compared to management.
