I have been working at Sarah Cannon as an intern

    Pros

You're helping the process of working to cure cancer and finding innovative treatments. Average work environment. Overall a good company that carries the HCA name, however HCA doesn't have much to do with the company.

    Cons

Missing some senior roles and needs some organizational changes. Lots of people are resistant to change since the company has grown so fast.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Sarah Cannon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Potential to provide new and innovative cancer treatments to patients in outlying communities.

    Cons

Poor Management and lack of support/resources for employees. This results in high attrition rates and lack of production within the clinical trial team. A lot of promises, no follow through.

    Advice to Management

Show more appreciation for employees by being an active participant in the team. T-Shirts and coffee mugs only go so far. Employees are leaving left and right because they are not supported. The stress level for nurses and clinical trial managers is so high that many have reported health problems as a direct result of chronic stress.
