    Pros

The project work at Sargent & Lundy was always interesting. Each project presented new challanges an opportunities to demonstrate my knowledge. Most people I worked with had many more years of experience for me to learn from.

    Cons

The company still operates in the "old" way of doing things. People are promoted based on who they know rather than hard work. It can be hard to get ahead if no one notices your work.

    Advice to Management

Better outline expectations for employees and let us know how we are doing compared to those expectations more frequently. Annual reviews are often too long after an incident to give feedback.
