    Pros

A good place to work if you really want to make money and live comfortably, Great Benefits, great pay and easy to get hired.

    Cons

Bad for if you want any kind of family life, the work is brutal, Constant weather exposure, crawling under houses in attics and dealing with other hazardous situations, you musts Compete constantly to get ahead in this company and when you get "ahead" you find you were better off where you were.

    Pros

Company Vehicle supplied. Company Gas Card. Tools Supplied. Vehicle Maintenance easily completed. This is difficult to come up with 20 words for pros of job. Sorry, Just being as honest as possible.

    Cons

routing jobs to far apart, excessive mid/end quarter policy changes, unable to contact management/office, addition/deletion of daily jobs with no communication, mandatory hours of personal time with no pay to eliminate trouble calls that are not due to tech workmanship, hours of travel time with no pay for meetings & vehicle maintenance, advised by office to not clock any more than 47 hours a week regardless of true hours worked, which usually exceeds 60, if hours are exceeded, bonuses are taken away, modifying jobs without giving techs the correct units for pay, unstable pay scale due to policy changes, techs are told not to perform certain tasks by management in office, then forced to do so while in field, constant inventory issues between van and warehouse, resulting in techs paying for equipment used in field and not being correctly removed from inventory by warehouse also inventory issued that techs never received on to their van,

    Advice to Management

better training, more professionalism, tell if like it is and not how you want people to think how it is,
be consistent, stand behind your techs not in their way. spend less money on training new techs and work on keeping the ones you have with a better pay scale that works, and listen to them. they are an asset not a liability or expendable.
