I worked at Saudi Aramco full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

There is much to be improved upon at Saudi Aramco. The company wants to see improvement and growth in its employees, especially in the development of Saudi Nationals. They generously hire expat experts to help them teach, train and mentor the Saudis.

Cons

As much as they want change, their culture fights it.

Advice to Management
