* Poor project management * Resource allocation per project is very less * If client want product in less time they say yes no matter how hard it will be for developers. * Worst in estimating project time line. *They say they have flexibile hours of working, which makes them right to say employee that work extra time till the project gets stable and projects here never gets stable.
