Pros

The only pro would be getting a paycheck for all of your hard work evey two weeks and that would be it!

Cons

Would threaten your job when labor was too high. Labor would be high with just 2 employees sometimes so manager would clock out to keep their jobs! This happens on a regular basis as I have consulted with several long serving managers with the company from many different cities.

I have been working at Sbarro full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay for a teenager, great hours, generally flexible, free food, working at the mall is fun, fun coworkers

    Cons

No raises, lots of drama, managers don't really care about you, sales and numbers ALWAYS come first, you get yelled at for every little thing, VERY VERY HIGH PRESSURE JOB!!! Treat you as nothing more than a slave.

    Advice to Management

Try spending a day being a server.

    Pros

Hung out at the mall, learned to make real pizza, taught me the value of a dollar.

    Cons

It was a fast food job... Don't try to raise a family off of it.

    Advice to Management

Hire teens for this work... Teach them work ethic... I am 40 years old now and lessons learned at my shot time as Sabrro stick with me to this very day... Core work ethic lessons.
