    Pros

    Great culture at the corporate headquarters and very good people to work with. Very fast and prompt customer service which supports the sales team.

    Cons

    Very high turnover in Account Executives and not all territories are equal in opportunities. Considered tenured if you last longer than a year.

    Advice to Management

    Senior management should spend more time with reps in the field. Upper management should try to hire more from within when it comes to hiring regional managers as to keep the culture of ScentAir.
