I have experienced a very welcoming atmosphere, feeling supported and valued as a team member. The core values regarding Safety, Integrity, Quality, Urgency, Relationships, and Innovations are practiced here every day.

I honestly have not found any cons to working at Schaffer Manufacturing.

Expectations are low if your supervisor likes you.

Management doesn't recognize who contributes to the bottom line.
