I have experienced a very welcoming atmosphere, feeling supported and valued as a team member. The core values regarding Safety, Integrity, Quality, Urgency, Relationships, and Innovations are practiced here every day.

I honestly have not found any cons to working at Schaffer Manufacturing.

Plenty of good welders who are more than willing to teach you what they know.

Work load always seemed to be either to heavy or too slow.
