Pros

- Structured training programme and continuous training development, which includes weeks long class based training in training centres worldwide.
- Competitive compensation scheme
- Predominantly young work force
- Mobility and international exposure
- Opportunity to venture into non technical positions post Fixed Step Training.
- Steep learning curve: always something new to learn

Cons

- Heavy workload eating into personal life
- Field staff are typically based out of a fairly remote area away from friends and family
- Long work hours: 6-day week work and generally over time required without compensation during peak periods.
- Despite the structured training programme, compliance and progression in accordance to it depends greatly on management's support
- Management has been very selective with compliance with company's standards, only favouring those which conveniences them.

Advice to Management

To pay more attention to the people of the company. I've observed too many too-little-too-late scenarios with ex employees.
