    Pros

    Can gain a great deal of experience in a wide variety of systems, if you easily bend where the wind blows.

    Cons

    The personnel churn is not well managed, despite personnel movement being one of the things the company encourages. A great deal of time and effort is wasted on initiatives that are thrown out when a leader changes.

    Very interesting problems to tackle using state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning methods, very knowledgeable people around who are very approachable

    Work can get too domain specific for somebody not coming from geology, chemical, mechanical background
