I worked at Schlumberger full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great development program and salary (if based in US).

Cons

Company has no discernible personality.

Advice to Management

Compared to the US machine operators in Mexico are being exploited: 48+ workweeks and salaries a tenth of their American counterparts; not proportional to the cost of living over there.
