I have been working at Schneider Electric full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good team, Good manager, Good projects.
As a fresher I joined Schneider and I got to learn a lot on the technology side as well as on building automation domain. There is good work life balance.

    Cons

Schneider electric is not perfect. Salary is not that competitive, Usually it is little less than the market value, but this done on purpose so that people are not laid off during tough situations.
Lunch is given but it is not good :)

    Advice to Management

Improve the quality of lunch provided. Try to match the salary given with the market value.
