Pros
Once out of customer service you are finally treated like an adult. Depending on manager style you might have the option to work a hybrid schedule. The people are great to work with and the work I'm doing is exciting.
Cons
Reorg and management turnover prevented a promotion for 9 years. I had been asking for almost 3 years now and it took this long to get it. I had to threaten to leave before it came in. Process for anything to happen is sloooow.
