The company being a ESOP is good.

I have been working at Schreiber Foods full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Relocation compensation, ability to professionally advance, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), Responsive Leadership.

    Cons

Expected to relocate frequently, very few vacation days, remote locations in low-rent towns, lower salaries, Home Office inexperience with plant operations.

    Advice to Management

Start populating Home Office personnel with people that actually know the process. Limit the power of sales force and only agree to production quotas that are achievable and not "best case" scenario. Also, invest in aging facilities.
