    Pros

    - Terrific feedback from supervisors - Exposure to C suite executives and various Intern Development events - Real B2B sales experience in the field and at food shows - Great company culture of collaboration and everyone was always willing to help

    Cons

    - Somewhat of an older demographic of employees not the best for a young person - Decent amount of travel if that is something that bothers you

    Advice to Management

    - Make an effort to bring more of a youthful vibe to the company culture and maybe schedule more intern events or outings
