    Pros

Great benefits. Base pay. Bonus opportunity is fantastic if you are able to achieve it.

    Cons

Hours, hours, hours. 80 hours per week is very common. Micro managing from District level.

I have been working at Schwan's full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Independence, paid car usage, reasonably good commissions, decent benefits

    Cons

Long hours, minimal effort to address work-life balance, lack of strategic planning, terrible internal communication, definite lack of advancement opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Better communication is needed at all levels.
A clear strategic plan to guide the company for more than the next quarter would help.
Some sort of plan for career advancement is needed (and sorely lacking.)
