Pros

It's a great place to work. It's very stable. Of all things, the people are the best thing about the company and that is important.

Cons

The work environment is inadequate for highly skilled gold collar workers. SRC does not enough vacation time is given to employees.

Advice to Management

Communication could be better for employees who work outside on customer site. The work environment is inadequate for highly skilled gold collar workers.

    Pros

Great HR group. Try to assist.
    Great VPs in Charleston
    Supportive Directors and PMs
    Hardworking employees
Enough Social activity to bond with your co-workers
    Office very nice (environment)
Take your dog to work on Fridays

    Cons

The Corporate office is VERY detached. Do not live with the corporate environment they create. The owners of the company put people in positions that they are not qualified to fill.
Do not allow the senior management at my location to make decisions.

    Advice to Management

Get out of your office in Atlanta in the Exec Suite and actually act like you respect the knowledge of your employees. Get people out of positions that they aren't qualified to fill.

    Pros

The type of work was interesting. The tasks changed so there was always something new and interesting to do and learn. The salary was a little higher than average for the local area which nice but hurt my ability to transition to other companies or jobs.

    Cons

Because the tasks in this division were short term, it created a feeling of instability as to whether there would be an available position for next cycle.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to keep valuable employees by working harder to transition them to new tasks.
