      This company has very comprehensive health care and social packages, which allow you to cover your insurance needs more properly. They have very flexible policies for parents.

      Cons

      This company is restructuring so there are constant changes in management and therefore on overall direction. It also seems there is no direct relationship between variable compensation and objectives reached.
