I have been working at Scotiabank part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

The atmosphere is warm, friendly and has excellent customer service skills that goes beyond the customers expectations. We feel wowed by the agents at Scotiabank.

Cons

There are charges for almost everything at Scotia.

Advice to Management

My advice is to treat staff as how they would want their own children to be treated or as how they would want others to treat them as managers. Respect begets respect.

    Advice to Management

Develop a better support for new employees. Salary is not competitive.
