I have been working at Scotiabank full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

1.Lots of Training opportunities
2. Organizes lots of events to keep company morale.
3. Would take you doing something very bad for you to be fired, they more look to move you.
4. Lots of job postings

Cons

1. Benefits were good before but have gone down a bit.
2. The amount of work does not equal to the pay.
3. Hard to get in unless you know someone.
4. Sometimes a very stressful environment

    over worked, under paid, insurance, no support, no ability to move to corporate side

    Advice to Management

    It's cheaper to try and hold on to your employees rather than constantly hiring and training new ones.
