    Pros

I struggle to identify pros for working at Scottrade beyond the benefits portion of an employees compensation. Great place to work if you have no ambition and want a work envirionment that is not demanding.

    Cons

Inexperienced senior management. Group think. "Arms in Motion" but no substance. Legal team that focuses on controlling and or blocking the firm's growth opportunities.

    Advice to Management

In my experience senior management is not open to advice. Advice to Roger Riney is put in place a new and experienced senior management team that is both empowered and financially rewarded for growing the business.
