I worked at Screenvision full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Liked the concept and approach to reaching target market in a unique way

Cons

Too much stress and pressure from corporate office-

Advice to Management

Very degrading in appraoch to working with local accounts, Not realistic about certain markets and unwilling to give marklets to grow or build confidence with the community they are servicing. Too much changeover with sales personnel and that does not instill confidence in the product.

    Pros

Very cool concept considering that there are only 2 major companies that do Cinema Advertising. Screenvision handles more of the mom and pop theaters and have some cool offerings.

    Cons

The company itself fees like its in a downward spiral. The old management left or was forced to leave after the company got bought out. People that are in positions to make decisions to evolve in a new direction are inhibited by their old methodology. Any innovations that are proposed are immediately shot down because it does not immediately increase the bottom line, management does not understand the long term benefits of new ideas, which is sad because as times change, so should the way old things are being done. Employees are grossly overworked and underpaid here. The environment does not support growth in any way.

    Advice to Management

Hire people that know what they're doing. Be sure to award the people that are trying to make a difference and keep a closer eye on the current employees that are scraping by on performing the bare minimum.
