    Pros

Diversity, Work/life balance, Great training, and Great connections

The department I worked in had someone who was very sneaky and power hungry.

    Advice to Management

Lead by example, evaluate situations one-on-one, not in front of other team members

I have been working at Scripps Networks Interactive full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Positive and exciting company to work for; everyone knows and loves HGTV and Food Network; great people that I know I will continue friendships with outside of work

    Cons

There is very little attention to work/life balance; the compensation package is tough, especially if you're trying to get ahead in Los Angeles

    Advice to Management

I wish you would value and mentor your employees more. Especially as a relatively recent graduate from college, it can be hard to "find your way" in the working world. It would be helpful to have a mentor that could be your sounding board and provide advice and guidance.
