I have been working at Scripps Networks Interactive full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great base compensation with opportunity for bonuses above manager level. Willing to work with your schedule depending on department you are working for. Very focused on creativity and allowing employees to express their opinions. Benefits are good for the most part. Great wellness benefits.

Cons

Upper management tends to stay at the company for long periods, but downside is that there is little opportunity for growth. Titles are limited and are not created, even if an employee is deserving. Lack of opportunity for training and skill advancement.

Advice to Management

Expand growth opportunities. Managers should receive training on handling direct reports and cultivating talent.

friendly environment, helpful work, great experience for an intern because actual tasks are executed rather than busy work. Part of the team.

    Cons

there are no cons for this company. Too many good things to say, work does not go unnoticed. Will be included even though intern job is temporary.
