    I worked at Scytl full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    * Interesting business. * Usually, developers leaving Scytl are well valued by other companies. * Free coffee, fruit, and language lessons. * Optional ticket-restaurant, ticket-transport, or health insurance, deducted from the salary. * Some, but not all, employees have a small training budget of about 300 EUR per year. * Working with wonderful, highly qualified people… if they still survive there.

    Cons

    * Management is a pure nightmare. No medium- and long-term strategy and objectives. Constantly changing business plan, wasting money and resources. * Major company decisions taken arbitrarily. * Dealing with MANY more projects than the actual capacity of the company allows. Result = failed projects, big balls of mud in the code repos, loss of: time, resources, employee happiness, and customer reputation. * Absolute...

    Advice to Management

    There is no hope to save the company from misery with the current CEO and management team. In the (very) unlikely case that they are willing to listen to some advice: * Stop taking myopic short-term decisions. Learn what a long-term strategy is.     I worked at Scytl full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Benefits are good. Good health insurance, days off, that kind of thing.

    Cons

    - Does not pay bills (Most of their bills are overdue and threatening termination) - Does not pay contractors - Refuses to listen to employees - Micromanagmeent - Encourages hostile work environment - Actively lies to employees - Underpays and under-delivers - Crazy hours, upward of 14 hour days and no flex time.

    Advice to Management

    Turn the company around before it's too late.
